The 2026 Midwest Bujinkan Tai Kai is being held in Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio, on July 31 to August 2, 2026. Hosted by Shidoshi Ben Batey of the Bujinkan BGSU Falcon Dojo, this is the 18th year for the event.
The Midwest Bujinkan Tai Kai is a regional training event that brings together practitioners from multiple dojos for a full day of instruction, collaboration, and skill development. Participants have the opportunity to learn from a variety of senior teachers, explore different interpretations of Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu, and deepen their understanding through focused training sessions. Attending the Tai Kai offers valuable benefits, including exposure to diverse teaching perspectives, refinement of core fundamentals, and the chance to build connections within the broader Bujinkan community.
