Tai Chi Classes

Next Program runs from September 14 through November 16, 2018!

Taiji (tai chi) is a multi dimensional movement system incorporating martial, meditative, and energetic orientations. Tai chi improves balance and lower body strength as well as limberness and general flexibility.

The course is designed as an introduction to all the basic orientations included in tai chi practice. Students will learn the yang style short form as well as push hands practice.

The Tai Chi course is taught as a ten-week program under the instruction of Carmine Anastasio. The next program starts September 14 and runs through November 16, 2018, and is an intermediate course. Classes are held on Fridays from 6:00-7:00 PM. You must be pre-registered to attend the program. Cost is $150. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to attend!
