Tai Chi Classes



Next Program starts on January 22, 2019 for ten weeks!



Taiji (tai chi) is a multi dimensional movement system incorporating martial, meditative, and energetic orientations. Tai chi improves balance and lower body strength as well as limberness and general flexibility.


The course is designed as an introduction to all the basic orientations included in tai chi practice. Students will learn the yang style short form as well as push hands practice.


The Tai Chi course is taught as a ten-week program under the instruction of Carmine Anastasio. The next program starts January 22, 2019 and runs through March 26, 2019. The course is open to beginners and intermediate (experienced) Tai Chi students. Classes are held on Tuesdays from 5:45-7:00 PM. You must be pre-registered to attend the program. Cost is $150 for the ten-week program. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to attend!
