Tai Chi Classes | 6-7 PM Friday



10-Week Program Starting May 12, 2017!



Taiji (tai chi) is a multi dimensional movement system incorporating martial, meditative, and energetic orientations. Tai chi improves balance and lower body strength as well as limberness and general flexibility.


The course is designed as an introduction to all the basic orientations included in tai chi practice. Students will learn the yang style short form as well as push hands practice.


Tai Chi is taught as a ten-week program under the instruction of Carmine Anastasio. The next program starts Friday, May 12, 2017 at 6 PM. Classes are one-hour. You must be pre-registered to attend the program. Cost is $150. Beginners are welcome and encouraged to attend!
