  • Southeast Bujinkan Taikai on April 26-28, 2024: The Charlotte Bujinkan Dojo in Charlotte, North Carolina is hosting the Bujinkan Southeast Bujinkan Taikai on April 26-28, 2024.   • Sean Askew Seminar at the Dayton Bujinkan Dojo on May 4, 2024: Sean Askew, Bujinkan Daishihan and Koto Ryu Menkyo Kaiden recipient, is teaching a Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu Seminar at the Dayton Bujinkan Dojo on Saturday, May 4, 2024, from 10:45 AM to 5:00 PM.   • Paul Masse Seminar at the Dayton Bujinkan Dojo on Fri-Sun, June 7-9, 2024: Special guest Paul Masse, Bujinkan Daishihan, is teaching a Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu Seminar at the Dayton Bujinkan Dojo on Friday-Sunday, June 7-9, 2024. For more information, visit the Events section.

  • Duncan Stewart Seminar at the Dayton Bujinkan Dojo on July 19-21, 2024: Duncan Stewart from the Bushinden Tasmania Budo Dojo is visiting the US and will be teaching a seminar on July 19-21, 2024.   • Bujinkan 2024 Nagato Sensei Tai Kai in Portland, Oregon on July 26-28, 2024: The Pacific Northwest Bujinkan organization is hosting Nagato Sensei in Oregon for a three-day Taikai on July 26-28, 2024 at the Monarch Hotel in Portland, Oregon USA.   • Midwest Bujinkan Tai Kai on August 9-11, 2024: The 16th Annual Midwest Bujinkan Tai Kai is being held in St. Louis, Missouri on August 9-11, 2024. For more information or to register, visit the MWBTK website.

  • Masaaki Hatsumi: Dojo Giga | Earth Art Book is Available: Steve Olsen has started shipping his latest art book featuring Soke’s paintings. For dojo members who ordered the book, it may have been shipped to the dojo and is ready for pickup. The book - the second in a series of three, and Steve’s third collaborative art book with Hatsumi Soke - is available in limited quantities at ww.dojoartbooks.com.

  • Membership Fee Changes: Effective June 1, 2024, the Dayton Bujinkan Dojo membership fees are changing. For more information, please view the Training Costs webpage or speak with an instructor.

  • Thursday 8-9 PM Class 10-week Buki Weapons Theme: Starting Thursday, March 14th, Jess Attilli will be dedicating his Thursday evening 8-9 PM class time on hanbo, shuriken, manriki, and other flexible weapons for ten weeks. This is a great chance to receive focused training on unique weapons of Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu.

  • New "Applied Taijutsu Class" on Tuesdays from May 6th to Mid-June: Starting Tuesday May 6th from 8:15-9:15 PM through mid-June, Jacob Monzel will be teaching an "Applied Taijutsu Class" for all adult members 5th Kyu and above. This new short-duration class focuses on the application of Taijutsu in a self defense context. Students will explore connecting the dots between historical/traditional and modern application. It incorporates training at varying levels of resistance.

  • Kyu Rank Curriculum Workshops in October, November, and December 2024: The Dayton Bujinkan Dojo has scheduled three Kyu Rank Curriculum workshops in October, November, and December 2024. Dates are tentative and will be verified in the months ahead. More information coming soon - visit the Event section for details.

  • 2024 Noguchi Tai Kai Photos: Photos have been added to the Photo Library of Dayton Bujinkan Dojo members attending the 2024 Noguchi Tai Kai held in Chicago, Illinois held on February 2-5, 2024. 

  • Dayton Bujinkan Dojo Shinnenkai Photos: Photos from the Dayton Bujinkan Dojo's Shinnenkai Event and Celebration held on January 12 & 13, 2024, have been posted in the Photo Galleries section.

  • Paul Masse Seminar Photos: Training photos have been added to the Photo Library from the Paul Masse Seminar held at the Bujinkan Lexington Dojo in Kentucky on Dec 15-17, 2023.
